Pure cacao beans are roasted by head chocolatier Tino Wolter to activate the natural flavours of the cacao. The beans are then soaked in grain alcohol for 4 weeks to infuse the aromas before being distilled with the experts at GIN EVA: a local artisan distillery in Mallorca and winner of the prize "Best contemporary Gin" in the Spain category at the 2019 World Gin Awards.
