CACHAO, founded in 2014, is a bean to bar chocolate manufactory based in vibrant Santa Catalina, Mallorca. Using unroasted, organic cacao beans of the highest quality and sourcing produce from local farmers,  we produce the most authentic, healthy and exquisite chocolate.

Cacao rituals call upon IxCacao, the Goddess of Chocolate, who reminds us to still the busy-ness of our everyday lives and take a

moment to rejoice in those things which give us pleasure.
