Apricot & Lavender Chocolate Bar
Something special happens when the tart punch of a mallorquín apricot meets the floral sweetness of lavender. Farmers in Porreres harvest the apricots during peak season and head chocolatier Tino arrives to hand-select the best fruit of the bunch. At the Cachao manufactory, they are gently dried and expertly blended into rich dark chocolate.
Ingredients: Raw cacao nibs, coconut blossom sugar, raw cacao butter, organic dehidrated apricot (11%), organic dehidrated lavender (0,2%), raw vanilla powder, fleur de sel. Free from chemical products, soy products and additives. May contain traces of nuts.
