Sea Salt Chocolate Bar

The minerals of sea salt enhance the flavor of Cachao with a refreshing sea-washed taste of the Mediterranean. The Balearic Islands have developed a reputation for producing some of the best fleur de sel in the world. The best salt is harvested by hand from shallow ponds in salt flats where it forms naturally into delicate crystals as the ocean water evaporates under the sun.
 
Ingredients: Raw cacao nibs, coconut blossom sugar, raw cacao butter, raw vanilla powder, fleur de sel (0,3%). Free from chemical products, soy products and additives. May contain traces of nuts.
