Created with top quality Fazenda Bom Jesus coffee beans from a small farm in the Alta Mogiana Region of Brazil. These sweet and complex beans are roasted only a 10 minute walk from the Cachao Manufactory by artisan organic coffee roaster Mistral. Head Chocolatier Tino Wolter spends over an hour on every batch making sure each bean is evenly covered and smooth in texture.
